Bradley J. Myers

Brad works with partner Tracy Eglet on the catastrophic injury team. After representing the interests of the insurance industry for over two years, Brad joined Eglet Wall to stand up for the rights of those injured by the carelessness of others. Brad has a passion for trial work and is proud to litigate cases on behalf of those who have lost a loved one or have been injured.

Brad received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in History from Arizona State University in Tempe, Arizona. He earned his law degree from California Western School of Law in San Diego, California, where he graduated cum laude. Following graduation from law school, Brad successfully passed both the Nevada and Arizona Bar exams.

After completing law school, Brad accepted a job with one of Nevada’s largest insurance defense firms. As an insurance defense attorney, Brad saw firsthand how insurance companies have the advantage over injured victims. It was during his tenure as an insurance defense attorney that Brad decided he wanted to help others in their fight against large corporations and insurance companies. For the past three years, Brad has been standing up for victims’ rights at Eglet Wall.

Brad is a member of the State Bar of Nevada, Clark County Bar Association, the State Bar of Arizona, and The American Association for Justice.

When Brad is not litigating on behalf of his clients, he enjoys playing golf, guitar, snowboarding, travel and spending time with his wife. Brad is also an avid music fan. Prior to law school, Brad played the guitar and drums for various musical groups, which culminated in the recording of a studio compact disc.
